Ordering & Payment
How do I know if a card is in stock?
All cards listed on our website will have their stock listed on the product page. Our inventory is updated in real-time, and cards are removed automatically when sold out. If you can add it to your cart, it's available!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately through our support email [support@deckbuildertcg.com] if you need to make changes, or contact us through the in-website chat. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make modifications.
Card Condition & Grading
How do you grade your cards?
We follow industry-standard card grading practices:
- Near Mint (NM): Card is in excellent condition with minimal to no wear (very minimal edge whitening)
- Lightly Played (LP): Minor wear, light scratches, or minor edge whitening
- Moderately Played (MP): Noticeable wear, scratches, or edge whitening
- Heavily Played (HP): Significant wear, creases, or damage
All cards are carefully inspected before listing and shipping.
Do you sell graded cards?
We currently do not sell graded cards, but hope to expand in the future!
Can I request photos of specific cards before purchasing?
We're happy to provide additional photos or videos to assist you with your purchase. Please contact us with the card name and product ID, and we'll respond within 1 business day.
Shipping & Handling
How are cards packaged for shipping?
All singles are:
- Carefully placed in a penny sleeve and team bag
- Protected with a card saver and rigid outer layer protection
- Secured in an external team bag
- Shipped in a bubble mailer or box
- Tracked and insured for your protection
What shipping methods are available?
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Priority Shipping (1-2 business days) International shipping is available to select countries.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
All orders automatically include shipping insurance.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for cards that:
- Arrive damaged or in worse condition than described
- Are incorrect or not as ordered
- Have not been used or altered
- Buyer's remorse (subject to additional 10% restocking fee plus return shipping)
Please contact us before returning any items.
How do I initiate a return?
- You may initiate your return within the order page of your customer account, or email our support team (support@deckbuildertcg.com) with your order number and reason for return and we can initiate a return on our end.
- Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the card(s) securely using similar protection as received
- Ship the package with tracking to our provided address
- After card inspection and verification, your refund will be processed
When can I expect my refund?
Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your return. The funds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

Do I need an account to place an order?
While you can check out as a guest, we recommend creating an account to:
- Track your orders
- Save your shipping information
- Access your purchase history
- Receive exclusive offers and updates
How often do you update prices?
Card prices are updated daily based on market trends and availability. Prices shown are guaranteed when you complete your purchase. You may contact us directly via our in-website chat or email us at support@deckbuildertcg.com if you believe our prices are not up-to-date and we will update our prices accordingly.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts on bulk purchases:
- 5% off all orders with 4 or more items purchased
- 2.5% off all orders with 3 or more items purchased
